Some of the subjects we will be Exploring and Learning:

#1 We will learn in depth, the principals of Sound Healing and how they apply to your everyday lives. This will be the major focus of the workshops, where we will go deep into the World of Sound Healing!

#2 We will experiment with the Native Flute, Drum and other instruments and discover their importance to your personal Sound Healing. ( if you have a drum, rattle or flute, please bring it!)

#3 We will explore the Sound Healing significance of the Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks,and Crystals.

#4 We will learn about Brain Waves and Entrainment.

#5 We will meet under the Stars for an evening of Healing Storytelling and Drumming around the fire-pit .

#6 A Morning Hike into the Red Rocks will lead us through the many Vortex on this property, where we will learn how to use this Energy Power Centers for our personal well being.

#7 In Vocal Toning and Chanting sessions, we will unleash our voices, and feel the power of one and the power generated by the group.

#8 Our Bodies will be Nourished by Three Gourmet Vegetarian Meals each day, (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) and we will speak of how these elements play a part in our Sound Healing.

#9 We will be working with Sunny's CD "Sound Vibrational Healing Vol #1, Chakra/Kabballah" and how it applies to our personal growth and healing.

#10 We will be speaking of Food ,Water and Vibrational Medicine as it pertains to Sound Healing.

#11 There will be a time each day to swim in the many blessed swimming holes on Oak Creek, right in our own back yard! So bring your swimming attire!
